Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Tyto Marketing prohibits all forms of bribery, corruption, facilitation payments and improper business practices.

Employees, contractors and representatives must not:

• Offer, promise or give bribes.
• Request or accept bribes.
• Make facilitation payments.
• Provide gifts or hospitality intended to influence business decisions improperly.

Reasonable business hospitality may be offered or accepted where:

• It is proportionate.
• It is transparent.
• It complies with applicable laws and industry codes.
• It does not influence decision making.

Tyto Marketing expects all suppliers, partners and subcontractors to operate ethically and comply with applicable anti-corruption laws.

Any suspected breach must be reported immediately to the Managing Director.

Breaches of this policy may result in termination of employment, contracts or business relationships.

This policy is reviewed annually.
